Refund policy
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns: We warrant these goods to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, and will repair or replace any faulty goods. "Free of manufacturing defects" means that if you have a problem that is the manufacturer's fault, we'll fix it, but this does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by crashes, transport (eg shuttling), improper installation or lack of maintenance. For example, seals wear out over time - this is not a manufacturing defect.
If you have simply purchased the wrong variant of an item by mistake, we will exchange it for the correct one provided that the item has not been used or removed from packaging, however shipping charges will be yours to bear. We do not offer refunds on products purchased for incompatible equipment, please read the product descriptions carefully and contact us in advance if you are unsure if a product is compatible with your bike. Sales are considered to be final and Ride886 LLC will not offer refunds for any other reason outside of our warranty policy.

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
